Pack with Care
Safely place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
